Tina Falco's love for music began at an early age. Born in Fresno but raised in Modesto, she fondly remembers waking up every Sunday morning to the sounds of her parents record collection. Blasting out of their giant 1970's avocado green hi-fi stereo was Linda Ronstadt, Fleetwood Mac, Carly Simon and the Eagles. Buddy Holly, The Everly Brothers and Carole King were also heard so often that they seemed more like extended members of the family.

Tina's dream job came right after high school, when she got hired at Modesto's Wherehouse Records. It was there that she not only continued her popular music education but was lucky enough to get tickets to some of the best shows around. The Police, The Pretenders, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Elton John and KC and The Sunshine Band and Prince are just some of her concert favorites.

Although she loved working in a record store, Tina was always fascinated by radio and it wasn't long before she found herself enrolled in every radio class at Modesto Junior College. Her first on-air job was at Modesto's historic country station KTRB. Other radio stops soon followed in other parts of California, Texas and Arizona.

While Tina patiently awaits the return of TV's "Name That Tune" to make her fortune, she occupies her time cooking, developing new vegetarian recipes and loves the Food Network. Other TV favorites include Oprah, her favorite soap All My Children and What Not To Wear.  And no, she still doesn't have any tops with shoulder pads! Tina also loves movies....anything with Russell Crowe, Dustin Hoffman and Hugh Grant are must see's and she loves a great comedy classic like National Lampoon's "Vacation" or "Sixteen Candles." Other hobbies include reading, traveling and surfing the web.  Although she's not really a sports fan, she is a graduate of Arizona State University so she has to root for the Sun Devils!
