Steve Jackson's career in radio stretches over 30 years. Mostly in the Central Valley of Northern California. Sunny 102 has him, and we plan to keep him.
Steve and his lovely bride, Yvonne, are homeowners in the "City of Action", Riverbank. Steve met his wife country dancing when she said the words that started a whole new direction for his life. "Are you going to ask me to dance, or what?" Who knew it was the beginning of a new life together. They really look great on the dance floor.
Steve is an avid sports fan. You can tell because he is almost always wearing an Oakland A's or Sacramento Kings shirt or jacket around the station.
Steve is a multi-talented guy. He plays several musical instruments. He played keyboards in various rock bands in his youth.
While you’re listening to the "Todays Hits & Yesterdays Favorites" during his show, Steve is constantly watching the news wires & monitoring the CHP website for breaking news & traffic info to keep the you informed as well as entertained.
