OFFICE ROMANCE
(Women's Health) Success comes from hard work, determination, and kissing co-workers? That is what some millennials believe. In a recent survey of 556 working adults, 71 percent of workers ages 18 to 29 saw office romance as a good thing for performance and morale. Their older counterparts, however, saw more harm. "Millennials fall hard and fast, and they do not have the full on ability to weigh in on costs and benefits," says relationship expert Rachel Sussman, author of "The Breakup Bible." "It takes time, experience, and wisdom to learn how to consider consequences." Until then, here's how millennials approach the cube dating pool:
- 91 percent say they would share info about their romance
- 84 percent say they would absolutely hook up with a coworker
- 40 percent say they would have a relationship with a supervisor
- 33 percent say they would feel no negative effects from a work match
